Bethenny Frankel (November 4, 1970) is a natural foods chef, television personality, and author. She was first introduced to television audiences in the 2005 series The Apprentice: Martha Stewart, where she placed second. From 2008 to 2010, she was one of the original five housewives featured on the Bravo reality series The Real Housewives of New York City. On the March 23rd 2011 episode of "Bethenny Ever After" Bethenny allowed her daughter to be baptized. The act was viewed by her husband as a very kind and loving act considering Bethenny does not consider herself Catholic. Bethenny stated about her own religious beliefs "I'm in that box 'other.' My fathers jewish, my mother converted to be jewish for him but grew up Christian. I went to Catholic school because my stepfather was Catholic. I now practice Yoga, so who the hell knows. I am a religious mutt."
