In an interview with Ferrari.com:

Q: Do you believe in God?
A: No. [2]

He was also interviewed by the Italian newspaper Corriere de la Sera [3]:

Q: Spaniards and Italian people are very Catholic. We have the Pope in Italy. Are you amongst the religious sportsmen? How is your relationship with God?
A: I don't have any relationship with God and I've never wanted it. I don't believe in fate or in any superior entity: if a plain crashes and people dies, it's not because Heaven said so.

(In Spanish: [4]).
