Eugenie Scott

A reader reports that Dr. Scott, Executive Director of the National Center for Science Education (http://www.natcenscied.org/), an organization working to defend the teaching of evolution against sectarian attack, appeared at an evolution symposium in Wichita, Kansas on November 6, 1999.

She mentioned that she is a materialist and sees no evidence for anything existing outside of energy and matter.
