Jeff Ross (born Jeffrey Ross Lifschultz; September 13, 1965) is an American stand-up comedian, insult comic, actor, director and author.

On his Comedy Central show "The Burn with Jeff Ross" he made a joke about Manti Teo and his imaginary girlfriend incident. Jeff Ross said "Notre Dame has been defending him which isn't surprising since that whole school is founded on an imaginary person." He then showed a picture of Jesus Christ and said "there's another guy who has never had a girlfriend."

On Season 1 Episode 6 of "The Burn with Jeff Ross" at the 5 minute mark Jeffrey Ross is hanging out with Snoop Dogg. Jeff told Snoop, "you're a Rastafarian, I'm a Pastafarian." This quote illustrates a familiarity with the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster which is a "religion" for atheists that illustrates to Christians, Muslims, and Jews how silly their religious beliefs are.
